Venturing is the co-ed part of Boy Scouts of America, for youth between the ages of 14 and 20, inclusive. A unit (like a Troop) is called a "crew." A crew can center its activities around anything that follows the goals of Scouting. For example, one San-Jose-area crew is a rock band.
